City University of Hong Kong has a highly ranked engineering school.
In the latest US News report, Cityu engineering school has a worldwide
rank of 13.

Dr.Siyang Gao (department of systems engineering and engineering management, Cityu)
is actively looking for qualified Ph.D. students (2016
fall entry) to do research in the area of optimization methodology.
If admitted, the student will have full financial support. Students with
background in math, statistics, engineering, computer science and relevant
