Job description

1. rovide professional recruitment servicesto both multinational and domestic clients in Financial Services industry

2. Compile search strategy upon thekicking-off for assignments

3. Execute different modes of engagementsfor clients assembling various research tools to ensure a quality and effectiveprocess

4. Involve in full process execution ofsourcing prospects, interviewing candidates, profiling assessments, documentingpremium candidates, developing progress reports, conducting references andfacilitating offer negotiations

5. Assist in Business Development for newclients/projects

We are seeking a highly motivated andconfident individual who is ready for a challenging position:

-Bachelor/Master degree from top tieruniversities

-Good business sense and ability

-Excellent communication skill andpresentation skills in both English and Mandarin
